From licence procurement to a working system
For most organisations the hard part of a BI project is not buying the software. It is that once the licences arrive, nobody can connect the platform to the data environment that already exists. ATPEP does both the licensing and the implementation, so you are not left coordinating responsibility between two suppliers.

Contract, servers and team all local
A BI system will handle your most sensitive operational data for years. Where the supplier is incorporated, which data centre the system runs in, and who can be on site the same working day when something breaks — these questions are easy to overlook during procurement, and they determine what the system is actually like to live with.
Data stays in Hong Kong
Systems are deployed in Hong Kong data centres with no cross-border transfer, meeting the data residency requirements common in banking and insurance. Deployment into your own data centre is also available.
Support in your time zone
Our consultants work from Hong Kong, so support hours overlap fully with yours and there is no waiting for an overseas reply window. On-site implementation and training can be arranged.
Contracted through a Hong Kong entity
Contracts and invoices are issued by a Hong Kong registered company, with settlement in HKD or USD, matching the procurement and finance processes local organisations already run.
Delivery capacity across two cities
Hong Kong consultants own requirements and on-site work, while the engineering team at our affiliated company in Shenzhen handles build and development. Projects do not stall on one consultant’s availability, and the same budget buys more development time.
Hong Kong consultants, Shenzhen engineering
Licences are usually about a third of what a BI project costs. The rest is implementation days. We split those two kinds of work deliberately: everything that requires facing the client and understanding the business stays in Hong Kong, while work that needs scale and hours is carried out by the engineering team at our affiliated company in Shenzhen.
Consulting and on-site work
Requirements interviews, solution architecture, go-live, user training and project management are handled by Hong Kong consultants — same time zone, same language, able to attend meetings and implementation in person.
Engineering and development
Data modelling, script development, dashboard build and testing are carried out by the engineering team at our affiliated company in Shenzhen. The size of that team lets work run in parallel, so delivery dates do not depend on a single consultant’s calendar.
On data security: Engineers work through a controlled remote channel into the Hong Kong environment. Production data is not copied, not transmitted outward, and is not stored outside Hong Kong. Where a project calls for stricter isolation, engineers can be assigned to work on site in Hong Kong. For the same scope of work we can quote both delivery configurations so you can compare them.
Experience built in data-heavy sectors
What makes analysis hard differs sharply by industry. Insurance turns on renewal behaviour and claims structure; retail turns on stock turnover and store performance. We assign consultants by sector, so you are not explaining your business logic from scratch.
